The staff was very friendly. Dr. Bhankachoo explained to me what needs to be done. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Gave me 3 different options of the dental work to follow

Super friendly staff. The office is clean. Dr. Ramanan was really informative about the state of my teeth (I’m dealing w chipped bottom teeth) and she pointed out why that might be the case (they keep chipping). She has a great sense of humor too so you’ll feel at ease if dentist makes you nervous.

Staff was friendly and caring. They were understanding to my personal needs and questions. They were clear and honest when discussing my treatment options and financial obligations. They were patient with me in booking my appointments to follow through on my treatment plan.

I was nervous to go to the dentist and didn't have a great experience at my previous dentist, but Dr. Ashi Ramanan was fantastic! Everyone was really nice, and the process was stress free.

Straight to the point, no wasting time and even do cleaning herself.

Dr. Arti Bhan-Kachroo and her dental assistant/tech Paris were great! I have anxiety about going to the dentist, and they made me feel so cared for with their friendliness and checking in to make sure I was comfortable. If anyone I know needs a dentist, I'll be referring them to this office. The front desk staff are great and super sweet too.

Did a deep cleaning today. Great environment. Very patient, great experience. Highly Recommended.

I hadn't been to a dentist in DECADES and was quite anxious going into my appointment. The entire staff was awesome and the procedure was entirely painless. A truly pleasant experience.

Even though I was a little late for my appointment, they still got me in AND all services were performed! The doctor took great that I was comfortable throughout my procedure and all staff were very friendly, positive and quite funny too! Will definitely be going back. Dr. Ashi is great!! She took the time to explain my x-rays and helped mend years of anxiety I had over have genetic gum issues I saw my mother go through. She was also cognizant of my pain and applied numbing cream to help make the experience better.

I’ve been scared of the dentist for years and it’s been well over 19 years since I’ve been. Dr. Ramanan and her staff were amazing. They took extra time with me and explained everything and reassured me until I was comfortable. I have absolutely no hesitation returning for my follow up work. I highly recommend their office!

The covid protections were on point. Wow. And I didn’t even think about it until after I left. Well done. Paris was a delight. So friendly, so empathetic, and an easy conversationalist. Dr. Arti was much the same and though my prognosis wasn’t the greatest, she showed caring & urgency to address the issue. I still hate going to the dentist but this practice is probably the best situation for me.
