The staff was friendly and professional, and they made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean and modern, and I appreciated their attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist!

The experience this time was truly amazing. Since my English isn’t very good, I was initially worried about communication barriers, but the staff were wonderful. They tried to speak in a simple and easy-to-understand way, and even used Google Translate for words I didn’t know. They treated me kindly throughout the entire process. It was excellent.

I am truly impressed by the team working with Dr. Theriault. They were very friendly, kind and very understanding about my nervousness. I have visited two of her 3 locations so far and both felt very spa like. Very relaxing. I loved that there was a TV on the ceiling to distract me from what happening.

It was my first time seeing the dentist in Canada and I was nervous but Dr. Thériault is really good at making the experience great. She also explained the xray and the scans in detail. Overall Great experience :)

The dental hygienist and dentist were both very professional and kind.

Unfortunately, because they didn't have the appointment with Dr. Theriault, they offered me to go to a different location and I saw Dr. Ahsan Mahmood. He was professional, nice and efficient.

She was great. Very nice welcoming dentist, very transparent and honest as well. She adresses my concerns and the appointment did not feel rushed. I will remain a client of hers!
