When he was accepted to Laval University for his dental studies, Dr. Frédéric Lê knew without a doubt in his mind that he wanted to return to Ottawa to practice. Despite being born in Montreal; he considers Ottawa as the city that nurtured him in to becoming the person that he is today. He is methodical and attentive to details, a skill that he acquired when he was completing his Bachelor of Science in Biopharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Ottawa. This quality allows him to be thorough during dental treatments, and to develop his passion in photography and cooking. Dr. Lê is a great communicator and will establish a relationship of trust between the patient and himself. He will take the time to listen to the patient’s need and explain the best possible treatment plan so that the patient can make the most informed decision. Since his graduation in 2013, Dr. Lê actively participates in continuing education courses in various fields of dentistry so that he can provide the highest level of care to his patients. Outside of office hours, Dr. Lê practices many extreme sports such as “changing diapers one handed with a wiggling baby”, and mentally challenging games such as “negotiating bedtime hours and stories”.
