While the facilities were not as clean or tidy, the overall experience was good. The doctors and their team is knowledgeable. The appointment took place on time.

This is my new dentist! I tried them today and am hooked! A very thorough cleaning with modern equipment I didn’t see at my last dentist’s. Knowledgeable and courteous staff, showing attention to detail and very personalized care. I highly recommend.

Very quick and easy

They tried to up sell me for services several times and made it seem like the issue was overblown than it really was. Also, I didn't appreciate how they forced me to take a photo of myself for their records which I think is a privacy issue and they wouldn't honor the free whiting kit offer they had posted on their practice's window. When I asked they told me that "I must have seen an expired poster" which was ridiculous because when I saw the poster again as I was outside the practice there was no expiry date.

The staff was warm and welcoming, and the dentist was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care!

The facilities were great. The equipment seemed state-of-the-art. There wasn't great communication to set my kids at ease. My 9:00am appointment didn't begin until 9:25am.

While the technology used was advanced and the staff was very friendly and helpful, the appointment was slightly disorganized which resulted in a lengthy appointment and some discomfort. I appreciate the kindness of the staff but would encourage them to schedule appointments and staff more efficiently to optimize patient comfort.

I went in to have some teeth pulled that had been giving me problems for a long time. I was surprised that they were able to do the whole procedure there at the first visit which made things so much easier for me. They explained every step of the procedure to me. I was expecting there to be some pain because they were removing several teeth and shards of teeth from the back of my mouth where I've had problems for a long time but I did not feel any pain or or pressure at all. It was probably one of the most painless dentist procedures I've ever had in my life (and I've had many) due to their care and diligence. The gentleman who took my x-rays did a very thorough job of explaining what my options were, as well as what they cost. Dr. Singh was very gentle and considerate during my procedure and my mouth has been healing well. I have some other tooth issues and I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Singh. I was very impressed by their ability to take care of the issues at the same appointment rather than doing them doing just a consult and having me come back in again. I highly recommend this dentistry team.
