Very good and excellent staff

I had a wonderful experience with Dentistree clinic and i recommend to my friends and family.

My initial appointment went well, it felt long however we did some extra scans to take care of some growing concerns and behind a treatment plan to help reduce my future erosion.

I had a great experience at my dental appointment today. The staff was friendly, the dentist explained everything clearly, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. Really happy with the care I received!

The dentist told me i had a dead tooth they told me it has to be pulled out another appointment. The dentist could of let me know if there was other options, like putting a cap on it or getting rid of the sharp part of the broken tooth. Or filling in the part that fell off. I've had my teeth for a long time. I'm not ready to get it pulled. Why not cap it and let it fall out it's self.

The appointment took 30 minutes longer than the expected 90 minutes they told me. This made me late for picking up my child. About 15 minutes of delay for intake and another 15 minutes between procedures. The staff were friendly and seemed efficient at first. Also gave me the impression that the sales side of their business wouldn't involve any pressure. But it later became apparent that there were inefficiencies and they would not provide me with the pressure free experience they said they would. Attempted to kind of coerce me into taking future appointments that I had already made clear that I did not want to commit to as of yet. Further tried to book me upon departure when I had already made it clear that I was now in a rush and had to go. They were supposed to email me my receipt but they did not. The actual dentistry seemed great and they easily handled direct billing both my primary and secondary insurance.
