Dr. Peggy Chuang was born in Taiwan and grew up in Southern California. She received her Bachelors in Integrative Biology from University of California at Berkeley before receiving her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from University of Nevada at Las Vegas. Dr. Chuang is passionate about life-long learning and has completed over 400 hours of continued education to keep up with the latest dental technology and methods. She is determined to be the best clinician possible and to help her patients with the most recent advances in dentistry. She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Chuang was originally drawn to dentistry because it combines both art and science, and she is a perfect fit at Total Health Dental Care because she believes in state-of-the-art technology and holistic medicine. She takes pride in delivering top-quality dental care in a gentle and comfortable manner. In her spare time, Dr. Chuang likes to visit museums, spend time with family and friends, travel, practice meditation and sample desserts!

The initial appointment is virtual but it uses State of the art technology for X-Rays and Photos. The Doctor explains everything in detail and they recommend a treatment plan and are not pushy about it. Overall a great experience

Office is way too open and not private, met with a different doctor than I was scheduled with in a video call instead of in-person, but was helped quickly and efficiently, and they were even able to help me schedule a same-day root canal.

The equipment used to do the X-rays and pictures are very good and the doctor also was very helpful. All the questions were answered very well by both the doctor and the hygienist. They created a detailed plan for all the issues and also sent us billing estimate for them. In all it was a very good experience and would recommend this place to others.
