Amazing staff and very warm welcoming. Shelly treated me with respect and kindness upon arrival of my appointment. Rita was beyond polite and very knowledgeable. The Doctor took the time to explain and not felt rushed like other dentists I’ve seen. I definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Today was my first visit at Smile obsession. I didn’t have to wait long when I got there for my appointment ( other places usually call you in 20 -30 minutes after appointment). The staff was friendly and very prompt. My dentist was friendly, happy & greeted me huge smile when he walked in , these put me in a comfortable mood. He was pleasant and explained everything. He did a Very thorough job cleaning my teeth and explained what he’d be doing. I definitely will stay with him as my new dentist. Thank you everyone at Smile Obsession .😊

Appointment was of an urgent nature. I got an appointment the next day and was very impressed with treatment received and the excellent staff.

The office was Smile Obsession in Oaklawn Illinois. The office was very clean and modern, the staff was friendly also. Only concern was the asked me to pick an appointment and their website wouldn’t allow me to. I wanted a Saturday appointment they had but no one returned my call. I called Monday after I received an email saying my appointment was canceled. I was never aware or confirmed for any appointment. She answered and said it was canceled for 12 noon today. Informed her I never received confirmation of an appointment but I can have her there by 12 noon. They agreed and she saw the dentist on 11/25/ 2024 at 12 noon.

Super friendly with introducing himself when I arrived and overall. He walked me through in detail the cleaning along with what would be needed after the cleaning.

Dr. Muhaned Elhindi was very nice & knowledgeable. He was vey pleasant and he went over everything you would need to know on your next visit

Dr. Straka and the staff at Smile Obsession were great. I am a new patient and was able to make a same day appointment for service. They performed a comprehensive evaluation of my situation and provided me with a detailed plan for service. I am usually quite nervous at the dentist but the office and staff were extremely welcoming. I made a follow up appointment for the next week and look forward to getting dental work done by Dr. Straka that I previously put off.
