Made an appointment the same day I went, they approved my appointment for a checkup/cleaning. I show up, super friendly staff. Checkup takes a lot longer than expected with a bit of sitting time (I just went on my phone). Went primarily for cleaning, but obviously can’t get that without a checkup. Walked away with my teeth looked at, but no cleaning because their hygienist was busy. Has potential, just shouldn’t offer same day services if not equipped/staffed for it. Also, should let patients know if part of their scheduled appointment would not be able to be fulfilled at the beginning of said appointment, not end.
