Great clinic, fast, comprehensive service

The staff is well experienced and knowledgeable. They explain you all the questions you have plus provide their expertise. The only thing which was off in my visit was the treatment is still incomplete. For which i have to visit again plus give in more amount

Had my first visit today. They got me in within 15 mins. Reception was wonderful and extremely kind and helpful. Checkup was thorough and quick. I had my cleaning done today.

I had a wonderful experience at Applebay. I was taken care of by Tracey, who was very kind, thorough in explaining and cleaning, and pleasant to converse with despite my limited capacity to respond with the cleaning instruments in my mouth, haha. As there was not enough time to see Dr. Patel, they explained the reasoning and set me up easily with another appointment to complete the remainder of my new patient consult/exam. I'm also a relatively new immigrant to Canada and this was my first dentist experience outside my home country, I felt a lot of anxiety leading up to the appointment but found my worry was for nothing with how kind the staff were and how smooth things went. Thank you for taking great care of me! :)

Everything was amazing

All I did was to speak to the dentist. I was not able to do the cleaning because the time with the dentist took too long + filling the onboarding new patient patient work. I was given an appointment on Dec 9. When I called a 3 days later they said they forgot to book my appointment in the system and gave me another appointment on Dec 20, 2024. Disappointing and unfair...

Very nice and friendly staff, explained everything patiently and provided pain free treatment.
