Dr K. First started by making sure there wasn't any hidden pain in my jaw ,neck ,face or temple. Then asked me quick question and got right to work. They took care in making sure I was comfortable. I was spoken to with respect and treated respectfully. And at the end I got a little care package to home with.. if you can afford it or have insurance that can cover.. choose Dr. K. It's luxury service at the dentist.

Thorough dental cleaning and friendly staff at front desk and in the office room

I went for a dental cleaning. Dr. Kuznetsov and my dental assistant were great in making sure I felt comfortable. The office was conveniently located 1 block away from the 3rd Ave L stop in East Village/Union Square. There was a TV above me and I could watch whichever Netflix show I wanted. The dental office was really smooth with booking my appointment and plenty of reminders.

The entire experience was fine. I believe I went to Dr. Marina's son and he talked through my options and next steps. My only issue was with the cleaning– it felt rushed.

It has been some time since I’ve gone to the dentist due to lack of insurance and unable to afford the cost so I was definitely nervous for my visit. As soon as I walked in, Rosemary graced me with her presence and was extremely welcoming. I showed up early and Rosemary let me sit in the waiting area until my appointment. I was called in at exactly the time my appointment was supposed to start, very punctual! Dr. Dmitriy Kuznetsov made me feel comfortable during the entire experience and definitely put me at ease with a lot of concerns that I had regarding my teeth. He did a FANTASTIC job on my teeth! They haven’t looked this clean or great in years. I do have some work scheduled in the future and I’m actually looking forward to it, which I never do for the dentist!

The experience was really seamless, unfortunately this dentist is out-of-network for my plan. This was the only place that was near my office and had office hours past the typical work day.

Best dentist I've ever visited (and I've had 5+ dentists) Dr. Dmitriy gave me a very thorough cleaning and they have a tv on the ceiling that I could watch while it was happening! He gave me good advice on cleaning and didn't scold me!

Dmitriy was a great - He had a lot of tools that shows he has a comprehensive approach to oral health. I think the tools he has really helped me see what the issues and build trust. For instance, he had a camera that took photos of teeth which helps show what the root issue is and is beyond the xray that a lay-person has little/no understanding. He also had a 3-d modeling tool that helped show where the teeth were flatter than they should. All the while he provided context and patient explanations what we were looking at. When it comes to recommendations and treatment options, he is super patient and knowledgeable about the options. I've done my share of dentist hopping - probably a new one every cleaning -- but I think this visit may put a stop to that.

Doctor Dmitriy is great, I felt heard and very supported. Very easy and transparent process for examination and cleaning!
