Dr. Towbin brings 55 years of practicing dentistry, and 49 years to the Greenwich Village area. He received his B.A. from Syracuse University in 1960, and his D.D.S. from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1964. From 1964-1966 he served as a captain in the United States Air Force, Dental Service. He established a private dental practice in New York City in 1967. Dr. Towbin then relocated to his nearby Greenwich Village location in 1969, which he maintained until he joined Advanced Dental Arts NYC in 2019. From 1971-1981 Dr. Towbin served as a clinical instructor in the Post-Graduate Dental Residency Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital, New York City.
