The office is very kind and friendly. Dentist is knowledgeable , answered all my questions patiently... explained to me all the options ,the staff were very nice and welcoming... I highly recommend her.

All of the reviews are soooooooooo accurate. First appointment kept waiting 40 mins., didn't even apologize to me. Rushed thru my appointment, did a lousy job cleaning my teeth!! Will NOT be back!!

dentist talking about her personal stuff during my appointment, wonder if she's concentrating on the work at hand, found out as I was leaving that her staff work straight thru without lunch, wonder if they have energy to concentrate at work

The office is old and filthy the walls look like they've never been cleaned. Makes you wonder if it's even sanitary to get treatment there!

20 mins late taking me in for my appointment and it's sweltering hot in the office. I was too hot and uncomfortable during my whole visit. Too cheap to turn on the ac!wont be back

After knowing Dr. Melba Humilde of the Beechwood Dental Clinic for about four years I can attest that she is very professional and in no doubt very knowledgeable about laser and other dental treatments - especially periodontal surgery in my case. I just went trough a round of procedures and during surgery Dr. Humilde has frequently asked me how I was doing to make sure I was ok. She explained everything to me before and after and I did feel in good hands with her. Her clinic is very well equipped. Excellent staff as well. I have so far been seen without delay which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY RUDE!!DR HUMILDE WAS NICE BUT VERY LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT, 40MINS LATE!! i ALSO FOUND HER ASSISTANT VERY AGGRESSIVE. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT GO BACK!!
