Dr. Rohini was so warm, and friendly. She explained the treatment plan in detail, WHY she was recommending the procedures she was recommending, gave an approximate timeline of when the procedures would take place, and even made sure to clarify that the procedures would be covered by my Dad's insurance plan. She is VERY detail-oriented! Overall it was a great first experience with her, and the clinic in general. The receptionists where also just as great, and while I did have a lot of questions, and they were clearly busy, I never felt like I was being rushed.
