About
Dr. Dhafira Majed is a graduate of the prestigious Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto where she was awarded the John Bothwell Scholarship for outstanding achievement in clinical prosthodontics. She has more than 30 years of clinical experience. Before arriving in Canada, she was an Assistant Professor at Ajman University of Science and Technology in the United Arab Emirates, teaching Oral Medicine and Clinical Dentistry. She was also a member of the academic staff at Baghdad University, College of Dentistry from 2001 to 2003, where she obtained her Master in Oral Surgery and a PhD in Oral Medicine. Dr. Majed is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Halton–Peel Dental Association as well as a member of the Toronto Crowns & Bridges Society. She keeps herself informed of all the latest advancement in dental treatment and technologies in order to deliver world class service to her patients. She enjoys painting and gardening in her free time.

From the time I made the appointment till the end of my visit I was happy with the way everything went. Aaimana informed me how the insurance works. My hygienist, Carmen was very nice and informed me of what she was doing. I needed to take a bit of a break and she was really kind about it. When I met Dr. Dhafira she was very thorough and explained everything that was happening with my teeth and she gave me recommendations on what I should do to keep them healthy. I even saw live pic of my tooth and saw what was actually the problem. I would definitely come back to them.
