Not too long a wait. I received explanation as my options are concerned. Treatment was adequate, careful enough but not excessively prolonged. I appreciate conservative approach.

The facility is neat, following covid protocols. Equipment is all latest technology, with TV in rooms. Wait time is around 29-30 mins. Friendly and helpful reception. Thorough cleaning and checkup.

Overall, was good. They did a good job of educating me on my teeth. Felt the appointment was a bit rushed even though there were no appointments after me.

1. Reception just pushes for more and more services forcefully. They make you sit in room after room and start services even before your consent. 2. Doesn't do pre-authorization insurance check.
