Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the visit was great. Entering the office was clean and friendly, paperwork was easy to complete. The hygienist was really great, she checked in as she was working to make sure I was ok, she did the scaling manually (which I appreciated). The dentist visit was good, very personal. Overall great experience

Dr. Amanika and her team are awesome! Dealing with Debbie the receptionist, the assistant who took my X-rays and the Dental hygienists, a most pleasurable experience in a very professional and warm setting, within walking distance of my home no less!

The receptionist were flexible with my appointment because I had to cancel my original one. They verify and send a reminder via text prior to the visit. When I got their they were welcoming. The hygienist was very friendly, asked me if I was okay. I only met with the Dentist for a few minutes but she friendly and knew what she was talking about. She also let me know if I have any issue to call her. My visit was great. They charged my benefits and then the remainder to myself, instead of me waiting for the insurance company to pay me back. They also told me how to maximize my benefits for the year. Great visit found my new Dentist!

Generally I feel nervous when it comes to going to the dentist- I have never had a better experience with both my cleaning and filing that needed to be replaced.

The office was well run and all of the people working there from the front desk to Dr. Luciani were very welcoming.

Staff was welcoming and pleasant. The hygenist I saw was very nice and accommodating and did an awesome job. However it was not Dr. Luciana. I saw a different Dr the day of my visit.

The appointment went well. Doctor is very professional and gentle. Great direct claim process r duces me doing paper work and submitting claims. I would definitely use her for my next appointment.

The receptionist was wonderful, especially as my insurance company was difficult to get in touch with. She made sure no treatment was completed unless we had confirmation that it was covered. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning and x-rays worked with great attention to detail and was very friendly. Dr Amanika herself performed my exam and gave very clear concise tips on how to take care of my teeth in the future.

After a few years since my last dentist visit, the staff at Mavis Dental treated me kindly and were very informative to my oral health. I highly recommend this office.
