From the beginning of being checked in to the end of the visit. Both front desk and clinic staff were professional but friendly. Welcoming me as a new patient to the clinic and answered all my questions during the visit. They also were caring and approachable with the care. I was nervous and they tried to reassure me and explain what was to be done. I had a great overall experience and will be returning for my new patient visit!
