This clinic is great! Space was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I needed to see a dentist urgently and they were able to move my appointment to an earlier date to accommodate my needs. Dr. Kwok was also very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease during the initial consultation.

I had a dental cleaning and check up. The staff was really friendly and walked me through every process and answered my concerns about teeth sensitivity. There was Netflix to watch during the cleaning. They had new technology to scan your teeth for a night guard rather than the dreaded dental moulds I’ve done in other dental offices. I was well informed about my dental health. I’m happy I visited Dr. Kwok and her staff!

Simple to make appointment overall great

The dental hygienist was a girl called Julien , she’s nice, fast and also detailed. I like her and at the very end Dr Pansy Kwok came check up the rest. Everything went well. One thing I don’t like, it’s there front desk, the receptionist named Tracy. She’s lack of customer service language and manner. I would suggest she might need have some training on her manner skills

Very professional service and kind stuff. My teeth cleaner Wayne also taught me how to use the floss pick in a very patient way. Will definitely come back again.
