They have change another dentists to me, the lady dentists and her assistant are very nice. After detail check up the teeth, the hygienists Joyce is very helpful and explain the teeth problem with Chinese, she also taught me how to take care of my teeth detailly, thank you!

Dr. Jason and his team explained my treatment plan very well. He's very accommodating.

Dr. Jason was super friendly and informative about my concerns. He suggested a few things that I think will really help regarding how I want to proceed with future cosmetic treatments. Other than that, everyone else was also very personable and nice.

Attentive, polite, and clean facility

Wasn't able to see Dr. Hwang but instead saw Dr. Ron who was just as fantastic. Everyone from the dental office was very polite and friendly from the dental hygienist (Ying), dental assistants and receptionists. I am very happy that I chose this dental office and look forward to my next dental visit.

I really enjoyed my experience at Markham Smile Center. All the staff members I encountered were friendly. Everyone was wearing PPE and taking covid precautions very seriously and abiding by the guidelines set by the College of Dental Surgeons. I liked having the expectations communicated to me before I arrived, SMS appt reminders, and explanation of all the procedures. The facility and equipment are very new. I especially appreciated the extra time Dr. Hwang and Ying (hygienist) took to explain the terminology and what they saw to make certain diagnosis. I had a great patient care experience and would highly recommend this location.

Dr. Hwang was pretty nice!! Him and his associates took care of me well! The examination was a breeze and the cleaning was painless I liked how they gave a presentation as of how they check for certain errors and how to prevent them from happening. Overall good experience.

Clean and welcoming environment. All the staff were friendly and took time to explain details and the the dentist took time to review xrays with me. The receptionist was able to assist to process both my primary extended health claims and cross claims as well

Dr. Hwang was great. He has a friendly and professional manner. He really puts you at ease. I had a chipped tooth and was able to see him quickly. He fixed my tooth at the first appointment. I will be booking with him again in the future!
