Service was awesome and the dental chairs have a gorgeous view of the Hollywood Hills. Only negative is parking is expensive/inconvenient.

I found nothing but excellence when I visited this practice. From the front desk staff, to the dentists, I felt welcome and taken care of in every way.

Century City Smile Maker was amazing! For the first time in years, I felt like my dentist actually listened to me. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about the health of my teeth. And the office had a beautiful view!

Dr Segal was very perceptive and thorough. He listened to all of my concerns and advised to see the orthodontist as well. Also speaks fluent Russian if you're looking for a Russian speaking doctor.

Dr. Segal is very knowledgable and has an amazing bedside manner. He listened to the details of my dental history and gave confident recommendations on how to proceed. Excellent care!

My experience with Dr. Segal was very good. He explained things very well and gave me time to think about choices.

The wait was not long at all, and the cleaning was great. I had been concerned about some stains that had recently developed on my front teeth and these were gone instantly. The doctor also informed me of some options I have about a receding gum line that I have. I'm looking forward to going back and having this be my new regular dentist!

The dentist office is terrific. Has an amazing view which helps if you’re bored or nervous about the dentist. Staff is so friendly and great. Parking was a little tough but if you find a meter you’re all good. Honestly probably found my new favorite dentist.

Dr. Segal conducted a very thorough examination of my teeth and identified all the issues that needed to be addressed. He allowed me to look at X-rays and pictures of each tooth and problem area that he was talking about. The whole process felt very inclusive and transparent. I really appreciated that he wanted me to fully understand and see why he made his suggestions.

Everyone was awesome, from reception to the doctors, and everyone in between. I felt like they had been my office since childhood. I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dental visit. I think I might’ve found a dental office for life!

Dr. Segal was very nice and professional. The waiting time before the appointment was quite long, but the office was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very kind. The dental hygienist in particular was incredible!

best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I have a lot of anxiety around the dentist.. so much I've put off going for 3 years. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, everyone was so kind + made me feel comfortable. I actually don't think I've ever felt so comfortable at a doctors office before. It didn't feel rushed, which is important for me. Everyone I met, carefully and thoroughly walked me through every step of the process. Two examples that I really stuck with me was when Dr. Segal physically took pictures of the issues he was talking about and showed me what was going on. The second part was when the (I assume the office manager + I apologize as I don't remember her name) came in after the appointment and walked me through my insurance coverage in detail, pricing and next steps. The whole experience felt genuine. Although I'm not THRILLED that I need some fillings, I am a lot less anxious about having to go back knowing that I will be taken care of :)

Wonderful first impression. I will definitely be back! The office was clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and helpful and my dentist was professional, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. I was very impressed with my cleaning and grateful to have been able to book an appointment so quickly.

I felt heard, we discussed our goals, he didn't make me feel guilty about anything which isn't always the case with dentists, and the practice was clean and bright. Highly recommend!
