Dr. Michel Vasquez

Dr Michel Vazquez graduated from University of Dentistry in Havana, Cuba in 2002 as Doctor in Dental Surgery (D.D.S). Upon graduation he joined the faculty in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Cariology where he worked as a part time faculty member and as an associate dentist to teaching and rendering care to the population in the area. After couple of years, Dr Vazquez moved to United States where he studied once again dentistry at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey graduating of Doctor in Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he worked at Matheny Medical and Dental Center in New Jersey rendering care to children with disabilities such as, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and other advanced mentally challenged diseases. In 2010, Dr Vazquez moved to California where he worked as an associate and managing dentist at San Remo Dental where he was head of treatment planning. Finally in 2011, Dr Vazquez decided to open his own practice and purchased Beverly Drive Dental Care where he is currently the owner and treating dentist. He is running the practice with the same philosophy from day one of his education and training at two conservative dental schools, Dr Vazquez is a believer in Conservative Dentistry where overtreatment is not part of it. Continuing education has been always part of his background and after being certified in Zoom Whitening, Invisalign and Cosmetic Dentistry, he still grows in knowledge and he is updated on the latest techniques and procedures in dentistry by research published through the dental journals of the American Dental Association where he is an active member as well as the California Dental Association and the Los Angeles Dental Association.
