Hey green experience with customer service to front desk she was awesome let me know everything about my insurance the dentist assistant was even great very patient in general with me while taking my x-ray and the dentist one of the best ever very professional recommendations in advice I should have to take care of my mouth will be giving out referrals to my friends to come to the dentist especially her as a smileywood dentist.

Best dentist experience I’ve had by far, since moving to LA. Finally found Dr. Zau who made me feel comfortable, heard, and at ease. The office itself is quaint & humble, nothing too fancy but I’m not at the dentist for decorations, just to get honest, affordable, quality service and be in & out quickly as possible. Don’t let the low-key look of office hinder you from booking here. Highly recommend

Clean, professional

Office was clean and front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Only drawback was there were issues with the computer so my x-rays took a little long, but I understand that happens sometimes and it was no big deal. Doctor Zau was super kind and efficient and the staff was great. Going back for a follow up appointment as well.

thorough cleaning

Dr. Zau was professional and straight forward with my situation. I appreciate the lack of ambiguity in her diagnosis and am happy that I went to her as other dentists have been less than honest.

That location is easy to find and has some available parking. They broke down exactly what was happening. They do ask you to pay for services before they happen which I found a bit odd but apparently it’s a standard here. The staff was adequately pleasant and I didn’t have to wait a long time.

Dentist was professionally and thorough with her examination and explains everything she is doing.

Staff were very kind and informative. Scheduling was easy with lots of availability.

Dr. Zau and her team were of course professional, more so kind and patient! I felt comfortable and welcome. I truly appreciated how much they encouraged me to ask questions about my dental health and procedures recommended.

I lost my insurance after graduating high school and I was scared of going to the dentist for fear of being shamed. The Dr was absolutely understanding and supportive every second along the way. Her support staff is also super understanding and gentle. I have a smaller mouth for an adult and they made an otherwise painful experience feel easier to get through.

Very kind, gentle, people in Dr. Zau's office. Everyone was very attentive, very patient, and made me feel safe and taken care of. One of the few dentist offices I felt good at.

i found dr zau after a horrible experience with another local dental office in los feliz. dr zau and her entire team are AMAZING. here are some key words that made a huge difference for me: very kind, funny and easy to talk to, COMPASSIONATE, unbelievably caring, above + beyond, never made me feel shameful or uncomfortable when i was struggling during dental filling. i have already already recommended her to my friends. it was the best experience i've had in a long time.

She was on time and very friendly. She explained everything very well and showed me what was going on.

Everyone made me feel really nice at the office. I was very nervous going in as my teeth need a lot of work and haven’t seen a dentist in years. They answered all the questions that I had and reassured me. We can take this little by little which put me at ease. I feel much better approaching my dental needs now.

The dentist and the technician were very nice and comforting. The office itself was not the most pleasant but they made it a good experience. The dental cleaning and x rays were relatively painful but they did a thorough job.

Dr Zau was so kind, welcoming, and made the experience easy. I haven't been to the dentist in YEARS and was very very nervous about going, but she made the experience less scary. She has a calm and sweet demeanor that made me feel good enough to go back again. Also, the receptionist was so nice, so sweet, and made me feel safe and welcome!

I usually hate going to the dentist since it’s scary but Dr. Zau was very nice and had a calming effect on me. Her facility was clean and easy to find. There was plenty of parking (which is hard to find in LA). I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to get treatments done right away. Her assistant was also very nice and helpful. I was seen right away (with an appointment) and they were able to list out all my treatments.
