Dr Salma Abdu obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Western University in 2005 and completed a year long Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University Hospital of Cincinnati, OH. She brings her expertise in all areas of Dentistry, with a gentle touch and friendly personality, to Wortley Village. Dr. Abdu treasures the relationships she builds with her patients and gets tremendous personal satisfaction from helping anxious patients- both children and adults - feel more comfortable in her dental chair. She particularly enjoys enhancing peoples’ smiles, and loves helping them feel better about their appearance – and consequently themselves.

My experience at Old South Dentistry has been great so far! The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. I felt like I'd been going there for years on my very first appointment! They do a great job of making sure you are comfortable during your appointment and take into account any nerves or anxiety you may have about dental work. I highly recommend this office.
