Dr. Gulbadan Kaur Randhawa

Thank you for taking the time to read this biography in order to learn a little bit about me. My name is Dr. Gulbadan Kaur Randhawa, and I am originally from the Windsor area. I graduated from UWO in 2004, after which I spent 4 ½ years practicing on the West Coast. I have been happy to call London my home since 2009. You might be wondering what prompted me to become a dentist. As a teenager, I underwent extensive orthodontic treatment (braces) and orthognathic surgery (jaw surgery) to correct severely crowded and misaligned teeth. This dental treatment made such an impact in my life that I decided to help others realize how life changing it can be as well. Dentistry allowed me to achieve self confidence, and to open doors and pursue opportunities that I might otherwise not have. Some of my greatest joy comes from being able to help patients who are fearful of the dentist, or embarrassed of their smile (often times both) - to overcome what is holding them back, and live their lives to the fullest. In dentistry and in life, I believe in looking to the future and making the most of what you have. When you come into our dental office, you'll be taking the first step on the road to better dental health and a better quality of life. While you are on your journey, feel confident that our team will support you every step of the way. I love children, and have a niece and nephew whom I absolutely adore. It is so rewarding to work with children, and to see them having a positive visit. If you have a child who is fearful, know that with the help of our team, I will help to create a warm and nurturing environment that is both welcoming and comfortable for them. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of treatment," is the dental philosophy that guides me. I fully advocate sports guards for both children and adults, and am also a firm believer in regular dental checkups and hygiene. My goal is to address all your dental concerns and achieve the best health and beauty possible, and then to help you maintain that same level of excellence for the rest of your life. On a personal note, in my free time I enjoy hiking, biking and dragon boating. I am also very grateful for the opportunity to volunteer with Health Mission Outreach Canada. This organization provides free medical and dental treatment for people in need in the GTA. There is nothing more important to your dental health than sharing your concerns!
