It is a stunning office. Beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless. There is a little nook area for young children to play in and the television was playing a children's show because when I first arrived there was a toddler there. The employees at Alba Dental definitely care about their patients and try to make them feel as comfortable as possible.

The entire team at Alba Dental is extremely friendly, positive and helpful! And the space is beautiful.

As a newly opened centre, it is pristine with (I assume) state of the art new equipment.

I had a crown come loose, didn't come all the way off, but it was a problem. At 6:30pm that same evening, I googled *dentists in NW London*. I picked the one closest to me, Alba Dental at Oxford & Wonderland, put in my request and within 15 minutes, Stephanie called me to say I could have a 1:45pm appointment the following day. I was scheduled that easily. I went for my appointment, told the good doctor my problem and left totally satisfied. PS: their office is great!

Says on their website that they take government insurance. Said on the phone that they take insurance. Show up to the appointment.. no they aren't "setup" to take insurance. Well, what does that mean? Apparently they have no way of knowing what a given insurance plan covers. With all the information available today, they have no way of finding out publicly available information...

Dr. Alsabbagh was extremely thorough and helpful in answering all of my questions. He didn't rush out of the office and even put in extra effort to create a treatment plan that suited my personal needs and financial situation.

I cannot say enough about my first visit to the Alba Dental Centre. From the minute I walked through the door, I felt welcome and that this was going to be a good experience. Since I was seeking help with an issue that had various options, I was elated when the doctor spent so much time explaining all the procedures open to me. I was able to make a very educated decision on what I needed to have done and, most importantly, what was within my budget. Fanatastic Doctor & Staff!!!

I haven't been to the dentist in years and was terrified of going but the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease. The place is state-of-the-art, Dr. Baalbaaki and her team are exceptional, I knew right away that they really nurtured the profession and kept up-to-date with current competencies and literature. True health professionals who know what they're doing and enjoy it as well. I just went for a initial checkup and cleaning but left there learning a lot!!!

I'm very nervous going to the dentist! Dr. Baalbaki and her team did their best to keep me comfortable and anxiety free throughout both days of tests and procedures :)

First of all, when I arrived at the office it was absolutely stunning. The person who greeted me at the door was also the hygienist who was extremely polite and friendly. She offered me a bottle of water and made me feel very welcome. She gave me a tour of the dental office which is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The hygienist was also excellent. She took my x-rays, asked me questions about my medical history, took my BP, etc. I felt extremely comfortable with her qualifications. The scaling was done exceptionally well and she was very gentle and efficient- absolutely no pain and I have sensitive teeth. When Dr. Baalbaki entered the room she was so friendly and approachable and I felt so comfortable expressing my concerns and asking questions. She addressed all of them and was very excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Baalbaki to anyone.

The staff are friendly, very clean and comfortable place to go into. Dr. Nuha Baalbaki listens to your concerns, and she will address your concerns. She is very friendly, and caring. A great dental center
