I haven’t been to dentist in a while and The whole staff made me fill calm. Dr HORATIO is very patient and explains everything well. I’m more excited bout my next appointment. The whole staff is very welcoming.

From start to finish everyone was great at Smile Design in Lemont. They explained every step that they were taken and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process of my teeth cleaning. I would recommend!

After years (8? 9?) of not going to the dentist, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr. Enacopol and the entire staff were awesome! Warm welcome at the front desk, gentle treatment and helpful explanations from the hygienist, and excellent care from the doctor himself.

I highly recommend Dr. Enacopol. He is very talented at his job. I was a little nervous to go back to the dentist after almost 4 years, but he made my visit enjoyable, and definitely worth the drive out.

Exam was thorough and the cleaning with the hygienist was great. The hygienist made conversation, was gentle (but I could also tell she was really getting in there), cleaned my teeth so well. I thought it was cool that they took before and after photos of the teeth cleaning. Will definitely be back.

Everyone in the office was friendly and knowledgeable with warm patient treatment. I really felt like family, like the name suggests.

Good doctor with honest opinion. Assistant cleaning are good and they spend more time on cleaning than other centers I have attended

Doc was very nice and very thorough explaining everything.

To start with, the office was very accomodating as they helped to work around my schedule and get the best appointment possible. Also, they helped suggest how best ot take care of my teeth. Dr. Enacopol and staff were very friendly and made my trip to the dentist not a nightmare, which sometimes is a reality. I was not intending to have anything else done with my teeth, but the office team helped me with a flouride treatment to help me with sensitivity. The other thing which i want to add was around the ease of examination and treatment which the team ensured.

Visited after my insurance changed, he was very nice and accommodating! Everyone there was helpful and the office is nice. I really liked how he walked me through what needs to be done and they double checked to make sure i was okay with a treatment that costs extra.

The moment we walked in we felt welcomed , everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. First they took xrays, which they were very detailed on what angles to xtray. Then they cleaned my teeth. The cleaning was great. She did an amazing job on being gentle, I don’t know how many times I have had a rough cleaning where my lips are cracked and leave with pain on my jaw. She cleaned every tooth individually. When the Dr. Horatio came in to see me we spoke about any concerns I might have had about my teeth and then he spoke to me about my teeth and what options I had about my wisdom teeth which I am glad we spoke about . Upon leaving they all were so sweet in which they wished up a good day.

Hygienist was so careful and kind. The reception staff were also so friendly and helpful. The dentist explained everything so I could make an informed decision. No pressure either. I will be taking my husband and children next!

Vicki was great at the front desk! From the moment I walked in, she made conversation with me and helped eased my anxiety of being there. The dental hygienist, Joanna, was so patient with me when I told her that I was nervous to be there. She talked me through everything and made me less scared. When Dr. Enacopol came in, he listened to my concerns regarding my oral health and made great recommendations.

I had previous bad experiences but now with this dentist I won’t go anywhere else. From the front desk with mrs.vicky to the dental hygienist assistant to the dentist they were amazing! Made me feel comfortable and feel like a family.
