Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

Honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, happily practicing as a sole provider since 1993.! I have serviced over 7500 patients and still counting, in my career. I am known amongst my patients as "painless Dave" for my ability to inject localized anesthesia without pain. I am repeatedly complimented on my approach to helping my patients, as well as my compassion for them. I am often thanked for my gentleness, my calm approach and for taking the time to listen and answer all questions. My crown and bridge work and my dentures are second to none! Many patients still have their prosthetics since 1993!

Root Canal Therapy, Dentures and Cosmetic Procedures are what I am most proud of.

What are you proud of in your practice?

I am proud of providing top shelf dentistry for all of my patients, for my problem solving skills for unusual cases, for keeping my fees reasonable yet competitive, and for the loyalty of my patients to my practice. I am proud to have the most experienced, most caring assistant, hygienist and front desk person who all keep everything running smoothly, working as a team to get things done. I am also proud that 90% of my patients become my patients through referrals of others, eliminating the need for me to advertise. Relieving a patient's pain, discomfort or embarrassment to smile is what I am most proud of.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

I actually enjoy treating all cases! Prior to becoming a dentist in my late 30s I worked as a mechanical engineer yet I was always intrigued with dentistry. I became a dentist because I wanted to and decided that since I was making a dream come true I would attend one of the oldest and best dental schools, the University of Pennsylvania. I have pursued additional training after I opened my practice in more specialized procedures to be able to keep my patients in my practice; not having to refer them out to a specialist whenever possible. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry.
