Dr. Ankur J. Desai

Dr. Ankur Desai was born in Mumbai, India, and immigrated to the United States. He settled in Westchester, New York, and went to Binghamton University where he graduated with a BS. in Biology. He graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 2004 and did a General Practice Residency for 1year at New York Medical College. There, he gained invaluable experience in all aspects of General Dentistry, especially Oral Surgery and Emergency Dental medicine. After completion of the residency, he practiced in Manhattan before moving to South New Jersey, He practiced at his 3 private offices with his partners for 13 years. In 2021, he and his family decided to make a life change for better weather, better school systems, and better long-term professional opportunities. He and his family moved to Austin Texas, and they could not be happier with the move. His style of practice is to keep things simple; apply a conservative approach to dental care while maintaining a high standard of ethics and quality. He believes in treating every patient as if he would be treating his own family member. Treating patients with empathy, respect, and without judgment are at the core of his values.
