Dr. Rainbolt is a 1991 graduate of the Creighton University School of Dentistry, where he then served in the United States Army Dental Corps for three years. Dr. Rainbolt completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Fort Riley, Kansas in 1992. In 1995, he received advanced training in implant dentistry at UMKC. He is an avid golfer and loves spending time outdoors.
