Reviewed on March 5th, 2020 • Verified patientThere was a hiccup in my first appointment & I actually missed it. When I called to reschedule, Dr Jackie answered the phone. I was very impressed. Most Dr's would just let it go to voicemail. Dr Jackie was unable to reschedule for the day I thought I was scheduled. She actually called back & said she had a cancellation & would be able to get me in.
