Admittedly, it has been a few years since I last visited a dentist so take it with a grain of salt. The staff at Country Park dental were friendly and personable while staying efficient and productive. The office was clean and modern, treatment rooms were well kept and equipment was in good repair, clean, and effective. During my visit they also provided information and explanations as required, demystifying some common misconceptions. All in all, a 5 star experience.

Dr. Nelzanne Pienaar was very friendly and very professional. She was very thorough and caring. I like how she wants to take one step at a time to deal with issues. I will definitely be going back to see her again. Thanks ever so much for helping me find a Great dentist who truly cares about her clients and does things one step at a time. Had a Great experience today with her and the hygienest. 🙂

Very nice staff, super clean office area!

Fantastic service. Dr. Piennar was very professional and friendly. She identified the areas of my dental care that needs improvement and we booked a follow up exam very quickly.

Honestly it was a really great experience for me since I haven't been to the dentist in a year and half. I was pleasantly surprised by how knowledgeable the dental assistant was and she always asked to see if I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. The dentist was very friendly as well and was super helpful in answering my questions and offering recommendations and solutions. Both of them clearly work as a team and I really am glad I booked the appointment here! Sidenote- I was super late by 15 mins which I really felt was inappropriate on my behalf but when I came in they were super professional and got down to getting me into my appointment right away despite my delaying it. The front desk lady was amazing with how she handled my phone calls even though my phone was having troubles on my end. She also was super great on booking me for my next appointments as well!

Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. They catered to my anxiety which was amazing.

Had a fantastic experience at Country Park Dental! I have been intimidated by the dentist and has some painful experiences with flossing in the past, but the team at Country Park were kind, considerate, and so helpful. They taught me how to floss without causing pain, and were extremely informative in helping me improve my dental health. Will definitely be returning!

Well informed and professional. Made sure I understood all aspects of the procedure. Office is clean and welcoming. The receptionist seemed a bit unsure of some of the answers she gave me. But other than that was a good first impression

Dr Pienaar is fantastic. She is both very professional and very amicable. All staff members here take time to assure client comfort and satisfaction. I drive 25 minutes to come to them because they are worth it.

The staff were all incredible. I have some work that needs to be done but she was super honest and made me less nervous about it!

Had a great experience during my visit, the nurses were professional, the doctor was great. I was once afraid of dentists especially after my first experience but these guys have completely changed my perspective and I'll make them my permanent dentists.

Very friendly and made the whole going to see the dentist much easier to handle. Love the location easy to get to and from. Also found that pricing was not inflated and was impressed with the direct billing aspect and I only had to pay difference, rather than the full bill. Thanks again!

I have always hated going to the dentist. I have an unexplainable fear of it, and up until now had never been to a dentist that put me relatively at ease. But Dr Pienarr did! I was amazing. Kristy, the hygienist, was super caring and explained everything she was doing. Then Dr Pienarr came in and also explained everything thoroughly, heard all my concerns, and addressed everything I’d been worried about. This will now be my permanent dentist office.

The checkup went very well. The hygienist was very good with explaining what she was doing and what it meant for my oral health.

Went in for a regular check-up and cleaning. Staff were friendly. The environment was clean and updated. I barely sat on the waiting area before being called back.

Very friendly. Allows you to make an informed decision. Uses camera and x-rays to show you what she is talking about. Reception is great.

Both Dr. Nelzanne and Rachel were very informative. Great customer service. They made sure I understood every step and the preventive care I need to better my oral health. Loved the staff and very nice and clean office.
