Beautiful welcoming environment. Staff was also great. Let me at the door and was prepared to assist me. This dentistry does not accept most insurances. They prefer pay out-of-pocket so unfortunately it did not work out for me, but they were great staff.

Overall experience was nice. They have a very tidy place and staff is very friendly and cooperative. Dr. Sheena provided care services in a very professional manner and they make sure patient is comfortable enough be it the examination or the actual procedure.

Smooth experience. Although Dr Sheena Gaur wasn't available and I was examined by her peer, I really liked how professional and straight forward they were in helping me understand my tooth problem and proposing solutions. I was clearly explained the summary of my bills, insurance coverage and my out of pocket expenses. Scheduling a follow up appointment was quick and easy too.

Nurses and doctor were very kind. They explain what they will do, what is the condition, and what is the plan for treatment very thoroughly. Overall, it was a great visit.

Kirkland premier dental staff were friendly and accommodating and able to start my appointment precisely at the scheduled time. They gave me a straightforward detailed invoice for services advised. Most of all, they exemplified patient-centered care as my decisions and concerns were the leading determinants for my treatment plan.

I was treated with so much kindness and clarity. All of my questions were answered with thorough details. It was my first time to the dentist and a long time and Dr. Gaur and the staff were excellence.

Wonderful experience! My dentist hygienist was wonderful and immediately connected And my dentist was wonderful! I’m gonna need a bunch of work done and the front desk person was able to lay everything out in an easy to read break down of what I’ll have covered by insurance and what will be out of pocket

I felt very welcomed from the moment I entered the office. The staff up front was warm and friendly. They are following g all the guidelines to keep us as safe as possible at this time. Dr. Gaur is very competent and thorough. After my X-rays, she explained everything in great detail to ensure I understood what needs to happen next. I highly recommend this office.
