I went to the clinic at 3:55 pm as my appointment was at 4 pm. Sunrise dental had no idea about my appointment when I reached their front desk. I had shown them my open care email confirmation. They had realized I got the appointment through Opencare and Still, they managed to take me in, it took a little longer than usual, but it was not bad.
