Dr. Cook was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama. In 2005 he received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Southern Alabama with magna cum laude honors before going on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010. After dental school, he completed the Six Month Smiles certification program, which allows Dr. Cook to provide short term braces to his adult patients. His dedication to continuing education has taken him through extensive training on areas of dental health such as aesthetics, smile design, removable prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
