Dr. Maria Teresa Rosas received her D.D.S. and completed her Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Postdoctoral Residency Training at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana School of Dentistry and Medicine in Bogotá Colombia. For over 14 years, Dr. Rosas focused on severe trauma, facial reconstructive surgery, wisdom teeth extractions and dental implants. In addition, Dr. Rosas served as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. Adding to her passion in oral science, Dr. Rosas received both her Master of Science (MS) and Specialty Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry. As a result, Dr. Rosas is among a select group of dentists to hold these two multifaceted specialties enabling her to uniquely diagnose and comprehensively plan even the most difficult patient treatments.
