Dr. Jay Kim

Dr. Jay Kim is a highly skilled periodontist with over 25 years of experience with dental implants and other advanced treatments. Dr. Kim earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with a Periodontal Surgery Certificate from Baylor College of Dentistry. He has a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M. Dr. Kim also completed a General Practice Residency at the North Texas VA Medical Center. With over 8,000 implants successfully placed in his career, Dr. Kim is an expert in restoring smiles and improving patient outcomes. He excels in periodontal treatments, wisdom teeth removal, full mouth implant reconstruction, oral surgery, and sedation dentistry. Patients can expect a thorough evaluation and customized treatment plan of their teeth and supporting structures. Originally from Texas, Dr. Kim enjoys traveling, bike riding, DIY projects, and watching sports and movies. He is a member of several professional associations, including the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Society, American Academy of Periodontology, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
