Easy to access and no waiting

There was dishonest communication that my wife had to deal with before my appointment. The dentist was nice and friendly. I was billed for almost 45 min of cleaning but it didn't feel like she spent that long. When I got home and checked, there was still some tartar left behind on my lower front teeth. She also wore loupes so surprised she missed it. Time billed was not worth the results.

Had a bad initial impression because of the receptionist. Had booked a new patient exam and dentsl cleaning. I recently had a PAN taken last month and didn't want to retake it for unnessary exposure. I told her I'm okay to take the other xrays if it's needed. She told me Opencare required a PAN to be taken or else I wouldn't be eligible for rewards and would have to change it to a regular appt booked through their office. As a dental hygienist myself, I know how a lot of dental offices work and they want to maximize your billing especially if they have to pay a fee to a third party. I later verified with Opencare what she told me wasn't true and that xrays don't even qualify towards the rewards. Everyone including the dentist was otherwise very friendly and the office was very nice and clean. However, I just felt so disappointed and uneasy about the dishonesty.

Had a great experience today at Magnolia Dental. They really take the time to explain everything to you and the clinic is really nice! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist, especially bc they are still pretty flexible with booking. They asked many times if I was comfortable and to let them know if I felt any pain or sensitivity, though I still ended up with a lot of redness around my mouth after but that’s typical for me.

Your Dental Clinic and the equipments are hygiene and your support staff is so humble, kind and knowledgeable. I have raised so many questions and they were able to answer all my questions without any hesitation and with a smile all the time. Doctor seems like experienced so she explained everything in detail and precisely. Definitely will take my wife there and refer my friends ad well.
