Dr. Alexander Mermelstein is a general dentist with training in multiple aspects of dentistry. Dr. Mermelstein graduated from New York University College of Dentistry. Following his graduation, he opted to advance his training with a residency at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, specializing in esthetics and complex treatment planning. Dr. Mermelstein prides himself on making patients comfortable in the dental chair and giving back to the community, such as providing oral hygiene instruction and screenings for individuals with special needs and treating individuals seeking asylum due to torture in their home countries. He looks forward to helping facilitate the best possible care for each individual patient.
