From being greeted by her friendly front desk staff, to the efficient and professional work of her pleasant dental hygienist every interaction was professional and courteous. But the one thing that REALLY stood out and the main reason I would recommend Gensis Dental is anyone is that fact that Dr. Zhao performed my routine cleaning! For years my routine cleaning was always performed by the dental hygienist which was never an issue because they provided quality work. But it was wonderful to have a dentist who provided routine service and along with in-depth knowledgeable engagement to their clients. Dr. Zhao and her staff were great. They have flexible hours remaining open until 7pm and open on Saturdays. They were responsive, had availability, and also explained the care needed and options I had.
