Finding a new provider is always a pain, but I am very happy with my experience at Dr Cha's office. Dr Cha is young but SO knowledgeable and very personable. She cares about making her patients as comfortable as possible. She has such skilled and steady hands, you definitely notice the difference when she takes over. Overall, everyone I interacted with was very nice and tried their best to provide good service. Will continue to visit this office as long as I'm living in the area!
