The care was great. No complaints

First time care appointment involved a set of X-rays/photos and then a video chat with one of the dentists. Also booked a cleaning appointment for a couple days later. Overall good, though I thought the video call format was a bit strange -- made it slightly harder to ask the dentist questions.

Interesting process. You'll need to book a cleaning separately from the initial intake appointment. They have you download an app that connects you to the dentist via video call, and they review your x rays remotely.

The staff was easy to work with and very professional. The first visit was all X-rays and imaging, I’ll be going back for a cleaning this week. Great experience overall

Everyone at the practice is very nice - Ashley especially was extremely helpful. As a heads up, the dentists are virtual, and there is some inconvenience for the fact that most of your session is taking pictures for the dentist to review. There was no routine cleaning in my first appt

Super thorough and explained everything very clearly. I felt cared for and comfortable in their care. I felt they were honest, helpful, and genuine.

She was kind and asked me enough questions regarding my urgent care. And she was able to fit me in her busy schedule.
