Dr. Keen has practiced in the El Cajon area for 29 years. He attended Patrick Henry High School and UCSD for his undergraduate studies. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the El Cajon Valley Lion's Club. Dr. Keen has achieved fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Dentistry International for his domestic and overseas volunteer efforts.
