My experience at this dental office felt very rushed and disorganized. Originally, my appointment was scheduled for 5:30 PM, but they reached out to change it to 5:00 PM, which I accommodated. Then, they rescheduled again to 4:30 PM, requiring me to leave work early to be there on time—only for me to wait 15-20 minutes past 4:30 before being seen. That left me wondering what the point of the rescheduling was. The X-ray process was uncomfortable and frustrating. I’m not sure if the technician was new, but it took her 30-40 attempts to get it right, and no one stepped in to assist her. It was disappointing to see her struggling without support. When the dentist finally saw me, it was for only a few minutes before she had to rush to another patient. I was especially surprised by how quick the consultation was, considering she mentioned I might need a costly implant running several thousand dollars. The rushed nature of the visit left me feeling uneasy about such a significant recommendation. To top it off, I requested my X-rays to be emailed multiple times, and they promised to send them, but several days later, I still haven’t received them. Overall, while the cleaning itself was fine, the rushed experience, scheduling issues, and lack of proper follow-up make it hard for me to recommend this office.

New patient, all of the staff were great and very attentive and willing to answer any questions.

I would recommend. They had a cool scanner for your teeth so you can see more details. The dentist kept checking to make sure I was alright, which I appreciated. Only cons: there seemed to be a lot of patients at once so I was waiting for a long time once in the room, also the X-ray could have been better with advanced technology.

It would be nice to know if I book a 1300hrs appointment for a cleaning that takes two hrs. That I’d have to come back because they close at 3 and it won’t be done. Waste of time and gas.
