“Excellent First Visit!” I had my first appointment today and was very impressed. The staff was friendly, and the clinic is clean and modern. Christina was professional, gentle, and thorough, explaining everything she did. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend this clinic!

The entire experience was simple, easy and quick. I was pleasantly surprise with how thorough and intensive the initial exam was as well as the cleaning. It was by far the most thorough examination I've had.

I loved them. It’s my first visit to a dentist in 2 decades after a horrible experience as a child and I loved every second of being in this place. They listen, they act and they CARE. Which not all the doctors do, you feel like a valued customer and not a wallet that they want to suck dry.

The service fee is far beyond my expectations. My goal was simply to have a routine dental cleaning, and the total fee charged by my previous dentist was around CAD200. However, I was charged nearly $700 today by Coquitlam City Dentist. They performed several x-rays during my visit. However, when I filled out the new patient form online a few days ago, I was required to provide the timing and dental office details for my most recent X-Ray. The form also mentioned that if an X-ray had been taken within the past year, no new X-rays would be necessary. I assumed that they would request the X-ray records from my previous dentist. I feel overcharged by this dental office, and am now hesitant about whether I should continue visiting this dentist in the future.

The dental office is in a super convenient location right in Coquitlam Centre Mall. Clinic is very clean, and they have all the latest equipment. I had a fantastic experience with hygienist Emmy—she was incredibly patient and did a great job. I appreciated how she took the time to show me before and after photos of my teeth, which was really helpful. Highly recommend this place!
