Dr. Curtis Slack

Dr. Slack is an experience dentist with a passion for enhancing smiles and improving oral health. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Physiology from Utah State University. Dr. Slack continually advances his skills through ongoing education and training. With extensive experience in general and restorative dentistry, Dr. Slack excels in a variety of procedures, including crowns, implants, and oral surgery. His expertise extends to restorative work, radiography, and Invisalign® clear aligners. He crafts individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes for his patients. Dr. Slack struck an interest in dentistry early on after many positive visits with his childhood dentist. He noticed the difference a patient-oriented dentist could make in someone’s life by creating a healthy and happy smile. Originally from Utah, Dr. Slack enjoys giving back to the community through dental mission trips to Central and South America. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family, staying active with his adult children, and hiking with his dog, Zeke.
