Amazing doctor!! Overall great experience from this dentist. Quick, experienced, considerate, and great care!

Definitely loved my experience with this dentist. He didn't grill me at all about all my problematic teeth. I came in because I started to feel pain and his schedule was open. I asked for a dental plan to see how much it would cost to fix all my remaining issues. He organized it by what he thinks needs to get done asap and least problematic at the end. He also shows you how much he charges, how much the insurance will cover and how much I pay out of pocket. His chart was super helpful. Making him my regular dentist now!

Loved how straightforward Dr. Jin was. The technology (pictures of every issue he mentioned, Netflix on to distract me) was very helpful in getting me on the same page. Staff was great and Dr. Jin was efficient and clear. My only regret is not asking what x-rays I needed instead of just going with the flow. Not certain I needed them all, and would have loved avoiding the extra cost but overall the experience was GREAT.

Very friendly and clean office

Dr. Maeng was very friendly and non-judgmental about my not going to the dentist for a while! Chris the dental technician was also friendly and helpful with my appointment. I had a good experience and would recommend Urban Smiles—as much as I could recommend going to the dentist haha.

Aside from simply the nature of the service I went in for, I enjoyed my visit to Urban Smiles. They have a friendly receptionist (I didn't catch her name, sorry ) Chris, the head assistant helped me feel very comfortable and Dr. Maeng was a kind and experienced professional. I booked a same day appointment and the hours they have worked great with my schedule. The office was clean and tidy with modern X-rays and entertainment options. I was walked clearly through my treatment plan and Dr. Maeng even waived a portion of my bill. All in all, I had a great first experience with Urban Smiles which was really important because I hadn't been to one in so long because of a horrible one. I would definitely recommend! There's also a Jewels right across from this location which made filling my pain prescriptions easy! Thanks again! Thanks again!

Welcomed by friendly staff and treated with care and attention by Dr. Maeng. As a new patient, his in-depth consultation would very helpful and much appreciated.

Office was extremely clean and high-end. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My scheduled cleaning and exam was thorough yet quick - perfect to get in and out on my lunch break. Jin was friendly and calming. He was gentle while cleaning my teeth which I appreciated; made going to the dentist for the first time in over a year very relaxing. Already scheduled my next appointment!

Very kind doctor! was super helpful in explaining all of the different steps to fixing my problems. Was very helpful in describing the different options and costs for my treatment. The receptionist and dental assistant were also very helpful throughout the process as well.
