My appointment with Dr. Patel was the most thorough dental exam I have ever received. Her hygienist took detailed measurements of my gums as part of the exam, which I've never experienced before. I was kept comfortable throughout the appointment and appreciated that they have TVs in the exam rooms to take your attention off of the work being done. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Patel was AMAZING! She was so quick and understanding. I have really never had this pleasant of an experience at the dentist's office. I cannot wait to go back for my cleaning and I never thought I would say that. The office is so clean and nice. I could tell all preventative care had been done before my arrival, especially during a time like now. Thank you so much Dr. Patel!

The office was clean and very nice (almost spa-like when arriving!) Each of the employees was extremely nice. My dental hygienist was very friendly and upfront about anything that may be uncomfortable. Dr Priyanka was nice, straight forward with communication, and all employees were thorough but mindful that I needed to return to work in a timely manner. Great experience overall!

Dr. Patel and her whole team were amazing! Best dentist experience I've had by far. She was very knowledgeable and detail-oriented and fully explained what I was seeing in my scans/images. Also love how high-tech the equipment is, there's so many imaging methods to get the best look at your teeth.

Priyanka was super nice and easy to talk to about my dental habits/needs. She and her staff have very nice equipment and are great and walking you through everything that's going on. Would highly recommend her office!

Dr. Patel has a nice office, its clean and her staff are helpful. She is super friendly and very detail oriented in her advice and recommendations about my teeth. Parking is not the best but its Chicago so expect to park and pay at a meter.

Hygienists was very precise, careful, and easy to get along with. Dr. Patel has an easygoing demeanor and is comfortably open to questions.

Dr.Patel is very polished. She was informative of everything happening throughout the whole procedure.

Clean, bright, and modern facility. Staff was prompt and friendly. The examination and cleaning felt quite thorough. If you like to watch television during your exam, that is available. I plan to return for future visits. They did offer additional services such as flouride treatment and oral cancer screening, but didn't push it when I declined.

The best dental experience I've had in Chicago. The office is in a great location and super cute and the service and cleaning was thorough, gentle and informative. Priyanka and her staff are super friendly and helpful, giving me toothbrush recommendations (but not trying to sell me extra things). Will be going here for my dental needs from now on!

Dr. Patel and Kelsey were amazing. My lifelong dentist has always been a family member who is a dentist so I was extremely nervous going to someone else for routine care. Dr. Patel and Kelsey made me feel so comfortable and were so fun to be around that they’ll surely make you leave their practice smiling!

The office is very nice looking, the hygienist is thorough but gentle, the Dr. is very knowledgeable and straightforward. Highly recommend.

DENTAL FRAUD ALERT. I went to see Dr Patel a few months ago as a regular checkup - i was not in any pain before seeing her. She diagnosed me with SEVEN cavities. I asked what the downside was to filling cavities and she said NONE. She assured me that there were no risks. So I went ahead and filled them all in one sitting. She was constantly distracted while filling them- even looking up and away from my mouth to talk to her staff. I had severe pain and sensitivity for the next 3 weeks and had to go back twice for her to grind down the fillings that were too high (basically cleaning up her messy work). A month more goes by and I still have severe pain so I travelled all the way back to my long time family dentist. He told me I only should have had ONE cavity filled - the rest did not show decay to be classified as cavities. Each cavity she filled, she drilled a much bigger hole than necessary. And now, I need a ROOT CANAL to fix the damage she caused. To my fellow millennials- the renovated office and TVs playing friends does NOT make up for what Dr Patel lacks in integrity and skill. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN DANGER IN DR PATELS HANDS. I have never regretted any decision more in my life.
