I have gone to the dentist religiously every 6 months for my entire life. This is my first time going to this practice and now all of a sudden I MUST have my wisdom teeth removed, which I’ve never had issues with, and I need a specialized cleaning treatment that my insurance does not cover. I did not have my teeth cleaned and I needed to make a separate appt for that, even though my schedule as a night shift nurse is difficult enough. It appears as though the practice is scheming to get more money out of me than necessary. I will be cancelling my follow up appointments with this practice. I also left crying. The end.

As a new patient, Dr Jack fit me in during his lunch hour to fix 2 cavities and prepare a molar for a crown before I left! He and his right hand girl were the best‼️ I’d recommend Lincoln Smiles hands down!

This office was extremely nice and welcoming, and even made sure my insurance information was in order before going ahead with the appointment. The cleaning was extremely comprehensive and the hygienist and doctor both walked me through x-rays, methods to improve dental health, etc. I will be returning to this dentist.

Dr. Tao was extremely well spoken and seemed to genuinely care about my overall experience. He was clear and concise when explaining each procedure he would do, and I would highly recommend my friends to seek dental care from him.

Dr Jack and Hygienist Jackie were so great! We started exactly on time, they provided explanations of everything they saw, and were very personable. Highly recommended!

I’d been having issues with my lower wisdom teeth. They’d grown in properly (not impacted), but crowding had affected my bite alignment. Dr Teo was clear about his evaluation and made recommendations with thorough explaining. I appreciated his candor and look forward to returning.

Karen was very friendly and gave great service. The office is a little run down (finicky x-ray machine), and I waited in the chair for about 10 minutes before the Dr. was ready, but overall it was a good experience.

My experience was very good. The office called me back and provided me with an appointment within 2 hrs. Staff were pleasant, friendly, and professional. Dr. Kasinki was prompt, professional, and explicit. She was very nice and handled my request as expected, and I left the office all within 45 minutes of arriving.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. I liked the messages coming to my phone, too. I was able to book an appointment and be seen within a few hours.

Dr. Gay and her staff were incredibly welcoming and warm, and definitely put me at ease after many years of not seeing a dentist. They were very thorough and clearly explained every part of the process. I sincerely appreciate that they also fit me in with flexible scheduling!
