Dr. Sara Gigani Nunez grew up in the Brighton Park area and is happy to be serving children and adults in the neighborhood she was raised in. She attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where she graduated magna cum laude earning her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2005 from the University of Illinois in Chicago. Dr. Gigani is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Association, and the Hispanic Dental Association. She attends many continuing education classes in all fields of dentistry which enables her to better serve her patients. She enjoys participating in programs that provide free dental services to people in countries without sufficient access to dental care. When Dr. Gigani is not practicing her passion of dentistry she spends most of her time with her husband and newborn baby girl. She loves to travel and hopes to one day visit all the new wonders of the world.
