The hygienist was excellent! Very thorough and explained everything. The dentist was also great.

I had been avoiding the dentist for quite some time; however, Dr. Thurston made me feel at ease and confident that I was in the right place. He has a great bedside manner, and was able to determine what kind of care I needed, as well as explain it to me in a way I could understand easily. The Ora Dental Studio office made it clear and simple to see the next steps, and schedule follow up appointments.

I got some xrays and photos Taken, which were then showed to me during the appointment. It was really informative to see images of what exactly the hygienist and doctor were talking about. Every set was explained to me during the appointment and everyone was super informative and kind.

ORA Dental Studio was very professional and pleasant to be around. I felt that Dr. Thurston was very personable and informative. The information I received during my appointment was explained appropriately and I was not left feeling like I didn’t understand or that I was talked down to. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best dental visits I've ever had! The offices are reminiscent of a spa-esque experience, the staff is very friendly and exceedingly great at what they do, and it was an all-around pleasant visit. I was also really happy that they didn't try to upsell me on any products or services- I felt like they were there to take care of me, not to make a dollar.

I booked a checkup & dental cleaning, and let them know I had a sensitive tooth to be careful of during the cleaning. When I got in, I found out after examining the one tooth that that was all the appointment was booked for, so I needed to make another appointment. They have an online portal for paperwork that I filled out, but it needed to be filled out again when I arrived. Everyone was very nice but I would recommend confirming what your appointment is for and confirming that they have your online paperwork (if you fill it out online) before your appointment.

Very clean and modern practice. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommend if you live in the area!

Quick service, thorough explanations and a wonderful staff

I had an EXCELLENT experience. I had not been to a dentist in close to 10 years. The combination of new technology and friendly staff made me wonder why I had been nervous in the first place. When discussing my general and specific needs everyone used a matter of fact approach with a focus on positive steps and solutions. They walked me through the images and X-rays of my teeth too. I could not have had a better experience. I’ll be glad to go back. Seriously.

I showed up a few minutes late, and the staff greeted me warmly and appreciated my warning phone call. Everyone was so friendly. Chatted with my dental hygenist for a while and the dentist as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially considering I hate going to the dentist!

I have been with the same dentist in Naperville since I was a kid. It was well past time to find a dentist close to home. I’m over the moon happy with Dr. Thurston and his team at Ora Dental. I’ll definitely be recommended more clients to partake in their services!

It had been 3+ years since I have visited a dentist and after reading the positive reviews about Dr. Thurston and his staff, I requested to book and got an appointment the next day. I filled out everything online so there was absolutely no paperwork that I needed to do when I arrived -- I was in the chair within moments of walking in the door. The dental hygienist was so incredibly friendly and nice, she put me at ease and answered all of my questions. I absolutely loved how they take photos of each of your teeth and display it for you to see while you're sitting in the chair. Dr. Thurston was great, he took a close look at my x-rays and explained in detail the next steps I would need to take to improve my dental health. Looking forward to my next appointment!

On time, very friendly and professional, no nonsense. Offered optional things like fluoride treatment, cancer screening, mouth guard for sleeping since I grind - but did not press any of these or try to upsell me something I didn't want. Not a fan of going to the dentist, but won't mind going back here.

They were very accommodating and explained everything in detail. They went through what I need to get done and made sure I understood everything.

The check in process was easy and quick. Forms can be filled out online beforehand. My appointment started on time. The dental assistant took the X-rays quickly and was thorough with the cleaning. Both the dentist and dental assistant were friendly and made the process smooth.

This was the most positive experience at the dentist I've had in a while. My appointment started on time, and the hygienist was extremely kind, thorough, and patient. I was able to fill out all of the necessary forms online, and didn't need to fumble with paperwork when I got there. The equipment was nice and modern.

I really enjoyed my visit. The staff was very friendly, will definitely be requesting Gloria at my next appointment. I felt their cleaning was very thorough and the consultation on some corrective procedures was easy to have, no pressure from the dentist.

Definitely had some tech I haven't seen before which was awesome. Quickest check up ever. Would highly recommend.
