A wonderful dentist! Dr. Patel was so helpful and kind!

Very informative and knowledgeable! I was walked through the entire process and shown what work needed to be done, what insurance covers etc. The atmosphere was great and Dr. Patel was very kind and attentive.

Going to Pure Dental Spa - West Loop was a fantastic dental experience. Allow me to explain. They were incredibly professional from the moment I initiated contact with the group. They worked with me to have a visiting time that was appropriate with my work schedule. It actually has a spa-like experience from the moment you walk into the practice. My hygienist was very thorough, talked to me about what he was doing, taught me new ways of further improving my oral health, and absolutely practiced evidence-based dental medicine. As a healthcare provider myself, the latter was very important to me as I value other providers that can discuss best-practices, etc.

Dr. Patel was very nice and the whole experience was let me relax with Hand waxes, lip balm, aromatherapy neck pillow and even tv. I’m usually really nervous and hate the dentist but this was honestly the best way to go to the dentist.

i was immediately greeted and given instructions to fill out forms and given the option to have some services for free. I chose the paraffin hand service. The waiting area was beautiful with a comfortable and home like atmosphere. I was taken in very quickly. When going to the back I was given a tour of the building and an overview of what was being done. Everyone was very nice and informative!

Great Doctor and amazing experience

Very nice dentist I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. It was Almost like a real spa and every one was so nice.

🗣WONDERFUL experience... seriously, I get charged an arm and a leg at really any dentist ... here they have the most advanced technology, sweetest staff, great vibe and it’s literally a spa- like treatment while waiting or being serviced ... omg I absolutely loved it and even convinced my entire family to join me after taking my mom...

I will be back. I live in colorado now but I will make sure to come back to get the work done.

Dr. Rajul Patel was very friendly and took a moment before diving in to get to know me and ask me what weekend plans I have. I really appreciated that, because dentists make me nervous, and she made me feel calm. The hygienist I worked with was GREAT, he took the time to give me tips and pointers and I appreciated.

I was checked over by Simon, but all the staff was great. The office is neat and inviting and all the equipment is state of the art. A lot different than what I remember as a kid, in a good way. A lot of modern tech.

Pure Dental Spa was top notch. The people were friendly, the space was clean, and the amenities and extra details they put into making the customers feel comfortable were outstanding. I neglected my teeth for far too long and now we have put a plan in motion to get me back on the right track! I will definitely be back!

Very professional office. Staff were very respectable. I loved how many amenities they offered. Cable TV, Hand Waxing, Heated Pillow, Cooling Eye Mask; I was like " I need to come to the dentist more often" Lol

Fast, efficient and very friendly staffs

Staff were all friendly. The dentist I saw was gentle and very informative. They made sure to break down step by step the procedure for fixing my teeth and costs and how it would work with my insurance.

What a lovely experience! This was truly an easy, calming dental visit (which I've never had before), complete with a wax hand treatment, cooling eye mask, and heated neck pillow. (Great start to the day before work.) On top of that, both the dental hygienist and the doctor were kind, charismatic ladies who made me feel right at home. Honestly can't wait to go back in six months!
